Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the scatter ph platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on this site, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the scatter ph platform at scatterph.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents form the complete agreement between you and scatter ph.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use this platform. scatter ph reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
To register and use scatter ph, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

scatter ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to users who do not meet eligibility requirements will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on scatter ph. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be closed without notice. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. scatter ph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your username or password. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact support immediately.
scatter ph reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or as part of routine compliance checks. You must cooperate fully with any such verification process.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using scatter ph, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not attempt to circumvent any security measure, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of fraud or collusion.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the platform in any unauthorized manner.
- You will not use the platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial transaction.
- You will not share your account with any third party or allow another person to use your account.
- You will comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations when using the platform.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on scatter ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted and listed on the Deposit page. scatter ph does not accept cash transactions or transfers from unverified third-party accounts.
Withdrawals are subject to the terms outlined on the Withdrawal page, including minimum amounts, processing timelines, and identity verification requirements. scatter ph reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending identity verification or compliance review.
scatter ph is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Transaction records are maintained by scatter ph and may be provided to you upon request or as required by applicable regulations.
Funds held in your scatter ph account are not interest-bearing. scatter ph is not a bank or financial institution, and account balances do not constitute a financial deposit under Philippine banking law.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
scatter ph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, scatter ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
scatter ph does not guarantee any particular gaming outcome. Results of all games and sportsbook markets are determined by independent systems and, where applicable, live events. scatter ph will not be liable for any loss of funds resulting from normal gaming outcomes.
Account Suspension and Closure: scatter ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, failure to verify identity, or non-compliance with applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the user, any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder following standard verification procedures.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Content, and Governing Law
Intellectual Property: All content on the scatter ph platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and page layouts, is the property of scatter ph or its content licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services: The platform may reference or link to third-party services, including payment processors and game providers. scatter ph is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Links to third-party services do not constitute endorsement.
Changes to These Terms: scatter ph reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Significant changes may be communicated via account notification. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of scatter ph shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
